Shipping (B2C)

Shipping costs and assembly are not included in the price and are calculated depending on the country of delivery and the preferred service. They are displayed separately in the shopping cart. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to islands.

 - by trade partner:
The trade partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date. The delivery will be made to the place of use in your home. The delivery and assembly will be carried out by qualified assemblyman. Of course, we will take the packaging with us after assembly.
 
- directly by vitamin design:
Delivery by vitamin design is made to the kerbside.

You can save the delivery costs by collecting the furniture yourself:
- at the selected retail partner's shop or warehouse
- at vitamin design showroom or in the warehouse
 
You will be informed as soon as the order is ready for collection. 

The delivery time in Germany for all orders is 8-9 weeks after receipt of payment. 
 
The delivery time in Europe is extended by up to 2 weeks. 
 
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are to be paid by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
 

Sales outside Europe are ex-works (INCOTERMS EXW).
Goods are delivered via air freight without assembly.
We provide individual quotations for general cargo via sea freight on request.
For delivery to the USA and rest of the world, an individual delivery time agreement is required depending on quantity and value of goods.

For an additional fee, we offer extra shipping services.
 

For express shipping, different fees apply depending on the area.
If goods are shipped Monday to Friday before 12 noon, they are delivered quickly within the usual express delivery times.

Depending on the shipping method and destination we work together with the following companies: DHL, DPD, GEL Express Logistik GmbH.

Your order was carefully packed and checked by us again for shipping suitability. When receiving the goods please remember to check the consignment for completeness and visible damage. If the packaging is damaged or shows other visible signs of fault or damage, please confirm only the receipt of the goods on the delivery note with the comment “with reservation” regarding possible damage to the goods by the company. Otherwise, vitamin design - DONA GmbH can not assert any claims for compensation for damages during transport. The delivery man must confirm this with his/her signature stating the vehicle number.
If you notice damages or defects after unpacking the goods, immediately examine and photograph the packaging for damage such as dents, punctures and tears. Please contact us at the latest within 5 days after receipt of the goods and inform us in writing with the attachment of the photographs.
