We are delivering solely to commercial addresses, no home delivery possible.
Acceptance of goods
Please check for completeness and visible damages at time of acceptance of the goods. Should the packaging be damaged or have other visible damages or mistakes, then please sign on the consignment, the receipt under reserve that the content could be damaged or be incorrect. Otherwise co. DONA cannot make a claim for compensation of loss or damage. The delivery personnel have to sign and confirm the damage with an indication of the vehicle license plate. Should there be any damage of the goods after unpacking, please examine immediately the packaging for possible damages like dents, impaction or tears and take pictures of those. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the goods and inform us in written form with attachment of the pictures.
